Hello..what are his sugar readings now after starting medicines..?? Since how many years he has diabetes..?? What is his creatinine and eGFR..?? What are his cholesterol numbers?? Is he a hypertensive too..??  Check all these things too.He may have got gastroenteritis or Diabetic Gastropathy or Metformin tablet rarely  can cause occasional loose stools.Get back to your Doctor.Give him/ her this feedback.Headtwisting is called a Vertigo. It is not caused by any antidiabetic medicine. It could be a new symptom pointing towards different cause like Transient Ischemic Attacks.
Next Steps
Get him back to your doctor and give him this feedback. He will guide you further. You share above inputs with him/ her.
Health Tips
keep him well hydrated.check sugar level urgently with finger prick method.Take care. Thanks.
