I am having diabetic condition for last 2 and half years , in recent health checkup , very low vitamin D condition identified ,5.66 ng/ml I feels pain in my knees also from last one month or so

You should take cap uprise d3 once a week for 6 weeks ..Tha shelcal 500mg once daily.. It may help you
