Hi there.. your question is unclear.. I assume you want to know whether you have to take medicines or insulin for
diabetes.. I suggest you start on oral hypoglycemic tablets.. insulin is needed if even after taking tablets there is no diabetic control achieved. Hv small frequent meals instead of large meal at once.. avoid carbohydrates specially rice.. have green leafy vegetables.. fruits you can have guava, orange, lime.. Avoid sapota, banana, papaya.. do regular walking for atleast 30-45mins per day.. consult nearest diabetologist and dietician once .
