i would suggest u tk low carbohydrate diet...shud cut down on rice,fruits,biscuits nd fruit juices as much as possible as gey give instant glucose nd shoots up glucose levels in ur blood.. small feeds in a day..
second thing abt excercise...yes 30 min of workout is a must.
third thing proper monitoring of blood
sugar levels nd taking medications on time...
evn aftr dis if ur sugar levels are not in control..ul need to consult physician/diabetologist as v may hve to alter ur dosage or add up tabs along wid insulin fr
