Diabetes reports r fluctuating

2 months before I got diagnosed with diabetes... At that time mine fasting was 119 n PPbs was 266...Aftr 2 months now fasting is 143 n PPbs is 193.... N today fasting is 128... Am Taking metmorfin 1gm in morning n 500mg is night along with my medicine for pcos n thyroid which is deviry n thyronorm n shelcal 500.... Can u tell me... 1)Why there is increase in fasting glucose even when am On medication n no sugar food.. fasting glucose is increasing but PPbs is decreasing in numbers 2) Also can I include limcee vitamin c tablet n evion 400 vitamin e tablet in daily routine...

If u are measuring sugar using glucometer this much of variation is expected. U should check ur HbA1C every 3 months and target it to be below 6.5%. if needed dose of Metformin can be increased or some other drug can be added. You can take vitamin C and vitamin E.
