Hello.. Your readings suggest
diabetes.. And definitely u need to act to get the numbers down as this high sugars damages your eyes, kidneys, heart, vessels slowly even if u doesn't have any symptoms at the moment.. U need to keep your sugars levels fasting below 130 and PP below 180 mg/dl...
This can be done by diet, exercise and medicines...!!
For reversal of diabetes u need to lose significant wt with diet and exercise.. Some proportion of patients get reversed with this and most of others we can control levels on minimum medication..!!
