Sunlight exposure helps to increase vitamin D levels in the body. Recently, low vitamin D levels in the body has been found to be in a way related with a slightly poor control of diabetes. So vitamin D levels need to be in the normal range especially in diabetics.
Hello.... Sun exposure is only important in vitamin D synthesis , it don't affect blood glucose level...some times PPBS value less because blood should be taken only 2 hours after food... feel free to ask further quiry...... Consult general physician ....
