It always starts from my legs sir I feel uncomfortable after meals so thank you for the advice I will take pregabalin and if did not get proper sleep I will take alprazolam .25 mg ...thank you so much for helping a needy person

For diabetic neuropathy problem first thing is to control ur sugars with HBA1c
