Diabetes fluctuating after covid medicin

Diagonesed covid + on 12 april,started Azithral 500mg for 5 days thereafter stopped it and then started doxy 100mg twice and dexona 0.25mg twice etc.after these medicines fasting sugar was 55 and after meal was 80 then we started giving direct sugar and then stopped dexona and started Wysolone 10mg twice a day and sugar after meal is 112 and fasting is 93. Patient is a diabetic since 5 years and is taking tablet debi z twice a day and after this sugar fluctuation sugar medicines are stopped and sugar is regualted through meals. Presently we need a advice that at what level sugar is to be maintained at fasting and at after meal and when to start the medicines again for sugar and what medicines should be given now for sugar management and is there any medicine responsible for sugar irregular.

1. SMBG with Glucometer & HbA1c to be checked 2. Preprandial blood sugar should be between 80 to 130 mg/dl 3. Postprandial blood sugar should be  less than 180 mg/dl

Fasting sugar should be around 100-120 and PP below 160. If sugar values go above these levels consult a Diabetologist and start medicines as per his advise
