Hello...... Both diabetes and hypothyroidism should come under control.... Are you getting regular period because with Irregular periods you cannot conceive... Hypothyroidism could cause irregular periods... I don't know why you got diabetes at this early age... Anyhow consult general physician ,doc will increase dosage if necessary . You can take insulin to control blood sugar level. Once everything gets under control you can think of pregnancy.
