I have cough (khasi) with in one month, so plzz help me, i alredy try doctor and homeopathy doctor also, but my health is not well

TAB AMOXYCLAVE625 TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. TABLET MONTUK LC ONE AT NIGHT FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS. SYR AMBRODIL PLUS THREE TIMES  10 ML EACH. PLENTY OF WARM LIQUID. LIGHT DIET. O.K
