Says that there is a pain in ass hole and feeling hungry always.. Once after a full meal.. Dewormed recently.. but still he feels like having some pain/ itches there

Probably he is suffering from constipation. If so line of treatment is different. Reduce his screen time, no screen at meal time. Stop giving him milk, maida product and banana. Give him seitz bath. Increase fibre intake in his meal.
