My 13 months old has been not responding to name and has eye contact but less otherwise he is playful, likes to go out, loves to eat, babbles, shows a gesture by his hand, plays a peek a boo. Loves tingling. Since I have doubt he is been having autistic symptoms I shown him to pediatrics,. He says he is too small to diagnose now it seems he is anemic hence his growth and development is slower. After one month of vitcofol and D3 medicine his eye contact and smile has increased. Does it is possible that brain development can be delayed by 6 to 8 months?
Not much delay noted here.
It may be a cause of Anemia of infancy.
Many children looks anemic while he is not getting enough nutrients.

At 13months child should be able to walk with support , should be able to speak mama Pappa , uses gestures like waving bye bye or shaking head to say no , repeats actions or sounds what u do.
As per ur assessment of milestones ur child is doing pretty good.
