Dettol accidentally fell into eyes

I am an 18 year old female. When using dettol, a drop of dettol accidentally fell into my eyes. I washed it with water and it doesn't seem to pain. Will there be any reaction later or will it cause redness later?

Wash well. U can expect some redness if the quantity fallen in eye was more. If there is more redness and irritation/burning Start Refresh tears eye drops 4 times a day Moxigram eye drops 4 times a day. If more redness and pain pls visit nearest Ophthalmologist.
