I've been asked to use dermaroller of 0.5mm by a dermatologist on alternate days, but not sure if that's safe to use or not.. can anyone confirm?

Its very much safe.It Is a safe procedure performed by the dermatologists and hence he/she has advised for the same. pls continue the treatment what has been advised.
