How did you lose blood ? Was there any injury ? Your eyes may appear to be going deep, sometimes this can be very normal. For some people, deep set eyes are acquired genetically. Anyway, correction can be done by plastic surgery, if desired. However, it is not a must. You can post your old & recent pictures, I will review & give an opinion on your eye status.
