Depression relapse

I stopped fluoxetine 8 months back after taking for 1 year as I was not improving and I had side effects. After stopping it for 2 months, I started thinking of living my life like before but this thought made my condition worse than ever, I became suicidal. I took escitalooram twice (10-0-10) and Supragya for 3 months which made me much better but I was having sexual side effects after taking escitalopram so I reduced it to once( 10-0-0) which again worsened my condition. Should I start taking it twice, Is that the reason for relapse. I hope psychologists don't answer this question as their theerapy is useless like them.

If there had been good response to Escitalopram 20 mg, you can continue to take it. The sexual side effects can be taken care of by adding Bupropion SR 150 mg. I must add that Psychotherapy is effective mode of treatment for some Psychiatric Disorders. A wrong application or a bad experience cannot undermine the science behind it. I myself practice Psychotherapy apart from prescribing medications, and have seen patients improving.
