Hii doctor,I'm just 18 right now but I'm mentally disturbed.Oftentimes I feel like I'm alone, I feel like I'm not enjoying what I have I'm just surviving anyhow. I think many more times about everything. Sometimes small things hurt me too badly. I feel like I should control myself because if I speak more or be more frank people around me start making my joke even they do. I don't feel fresh any morning. Last year I went to a doctor and they said that I've a problem of TTH . I feel every time like I'm exhausted... I feel headache all the time... Even medicine don't work now... I feel too much anger and frustration... I don't know what I should do but I'm not satisfied with what I'm doing. I just feel sadness all around me😞. Please guide me how can I overcame all this?? It's so frustrating...
