Just follow steps of sleep hygiene i.e
Sleep and wake up at regular time (time range)
Avoid caffeinated drinks at least 8hrs before sleeping
Avoid using TV mobile laptop etc at least half an hour before sleep
Don't take nap in the day time
Don't eat or watch tv on your bed
Avoid high carb and refined sugars in night diet
