Hi practo user, The decision about continuing  sertraline would depend on your present menatl and emotional health, total duration of your  depression and how long you have been taking  sertraline. Sertraline is a relatively safe drug and if stopped gradually with proper supervision after completion of course does not lead to significant withdrawal symptoms.  Suddenly stopping any psychiatric medication is not advisable especially if the course of your treatment has not been completed.
