Hi... This pandemic and following economic downturn has multi dimensional impacts on human life and human relationships (emotional, social, economic, employment, etc.).
We all are suffering in one way or the other. Many have lost their lives or lives of their loved ones. Many have lost their livelihoods or ability to earn a decent income. Covid-19 restrictions and this work from home scenario has added to this and everyone is feeling little lost and more agitated.
You may not be clinically depressed but you are suffering from some major concerns in your life. Being an introvert or emotional person does not mean you cannot be happy. It's about whether you are able to accept who you are first and then try to mold some edges in such a manner that you are able to adjust better in your environment. You can develop such necessary social skills with the help of a counsellor to overcome your concerns.
