I am always thinking about a person Who don't want to marry me. Every single second I am thinking about him and paying for him. He is not responding

You’re 25, and life isn’t all about boys or men. There is so much more to it - pick up a new hobby, start working (if you haven’t started already), learn a new skill. If he’s not responding, he’s not interested in you. If he had some feelings towards you, he would value and respect you. When the time is right, the right person will come at the right time.

As per your statement just be clear that relationship only can be built through love and affection not by forcing. U need to consult a counselling psychologist near by which would bring you a solution.
