Hi Doctors, I have been prescribed Depiwhite cream for treatment of Melasma and I'm applying it one time during night. It's more than 6 weeks now, and I cant see much improvements, can I start applying it during the day time as well ?

It can be cleared..Undergo Nd yag laser  therapy.. otherwise few creams also available...for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.

Sunscreens are ideal during morning hours..u can ask for physical therapy like peeling..kindly visit a dermatologist for furthur management..
