I had pain in my tooth since last week.. So I am not understanding what to do. I consulted one dentist but he told me to full mouth x ray.

What region is the pain? Back tooth or front tooth? Most likely your dentist told you full mouth xray because he suspected a wisdom tooth coming in your mouth. Do visit your dentist again and follow his advice.
