Dental problem
I am suffering with toothache when I eat anything. Specially down right-side jaws. I got cavities also. Can u suggest any remedy. And because of cavities will my tooth be removed. Or any medicine for cure

Right now you can take painkillers to supress the pain, you have to meet your dentist who can isolate the problem and suggest the treatment.
mostly it would land up in root canal treatment or tooth removal... depending on the condition of the tooth.

For the time being have these medicines prior to a visit to dentist, if you haven't had any yet,
Considering you are not pregnant/lactating mother,
T. augmentin duo 625, 3 times/day.after food 10 tablets.
T.metrogyl 400, 3 times/day.after food 10 tablets.
T.ultracet/zerodol PT,maximum 3 tablets a day,if pain,after food
T. Roles D,once a day, before food,for 4 days
T.A to z gold, once a day, after food,10 tablets.
If difficulty in opening mouth or chewing or swallowing, these are usually associated with back tooth infection
If feverish, that can be as a secondary infection from tooth.

Visit dentist and followed by a thorough clinical examination and x-ray of the concerned tooth and adjacent teeth treatment can be planned.

do not do hot compression /balm/ointment application extra-orally.
avoid very hot/cold/hard/sweet/sticky food
soft diet

hold mouthful of Luke warm salt water in for sometime; you can do it for few times a day, if it's relieving your pain, even partially.

Yeah Maam the best remedy will be visitng a Dental office getting the caries resolved by filling or( deep caries - Rct) .
But its lockdown and finding a clinic will be troublesome . I will be suggesting medicine's that would help
- Colgate Pain Out Cream.
- Tab Sporidex 500
1 tab bd x 5 days
- Tab Zerodol SP
1 tab bd x 5 days
-Tab Keterol DT Sos
- Cap Pan D
1 cap bd before meal x 5 days.
- Dressin Mouthwash (relieves Pain)
- Warm saline gargle 2-3 times a day .
