This is due to the presence of milk tooth that isn't allowing the permanent tooth to grow in its place. If the milk tooth are mobile then let your child have fruits like guava apple from the front teeth then the milk teeth will exfoliate. What is your child's age? If the milk tooth have no movement
Next Steps
Go to a dentist and get the milk teeth out
Health Tips

Hello I am Pedodontist from Panchkula. Dont worry this is a phase of development of teeth. if the lower mandibular teeth are mobile then make him eat hard things like apple guava they will themselves come out. if they arent mobile then visit a pedodontist. the lower deciduous teeth need to be extracted now where permanent has erupted
