Dengue fever

Hello doctor . Iam tested mild typhoid and degue NS1 positive. After my days course treatment iam discharge from hospital. Reports all are normal. But iam feeling  very weak please siggest me diet  doctor. Can i eat non veg for muscle weakness pls suggest me🙏

All sources of protein are good to improve muscle activity and recoup the body from the losses it has suffered due to the infection. Hence non-vegetarian can be added in the form of soups to begin with
