Dengue fever and itching in palms

I had dengue fever since 5 days. Now fever and headache subsided. Since then,  having reddishness and itchy in palms. As of now, platelets is 1L. Please advice

It’s coz of low platelet count. Eat kiwi fruits If itching is more then take cetrizine tablet
