Dengue but feeling normal

I have dengue ,which I get to know by yesterday (6April) 2017 and get admitted. On 5th April my platelets count is 1.49 and on 6 April during admission it is 1.12,now today it is fall down to 62 k even after admitting.should I change hospital,when will platelets starts increase.
