My friend has to go trekking this weekend and has her periods due around the same time. I was thinking to start taking regesterone medicine. Is it okay to consume it? She had consumed it last month also to delay her periods for 2-3 days. Please let me know ASAP.

Ya she can start but due date is today.so she should take high dose otherwise it will not work or more doubt contact to me through practo.
