My daughter is 2.5 years old. She has delayed her speech. We have done bera test for hearing. But it is normal. She watches videos and repeats poems and numbers. But do not understand any instructions like come here. Get the ball. She ignores us if we call her name. She might have some autistic features. What should we do?
