I am computer professional and this work from home since covid sucks .. i cant sleep properly in the nights .if I sleep for 30 min in the afternoon then i cant sleep during whole night .
My usual sleep time is about 12.30 TO 1AM but used to get sleep by 2 to 3 am sometimes 4 or 5 Am ..I also feel restless legs and my back before sleep
