I am five days late in my periods. I had safe sexual intercourse on 16th of April. I did two pregnancy tests at home and they showed to be positive. However, the lines were faint both the time so I am unsure if it was done correctly. How do I confirm if I am pregnant and what would be the best option to terminate it in that case.

Hi- faintly lines mean very early pregnancy or pregnancy in tubes instead of intrauterine pregnancy. Please confirm location of pregnancy by sonogram. Consult gynecologist as early as possible.
