Delayed periods for 2 months

My periods are delayed for over 2 months . Am diagnosed with thyroid 2 years back and have been taking the thyronorm tablet since then. my latest TSH level in thyroid report reads 5.69. Being a mother and working woman have some inevitable stress personally. Kindly help
