I got my periods on 27th March and since then I have not got my menses. Today I felt a cramp and complete period like feeling and saw some stains so I have put on my pad and there has been only certain spotting during morning. Since then I can see anything on my pads but I am feeling completely drained, back ache , foot ache, an uncomfortable feeling that happens during periods. I have thyroid and pcod. I am not sexually active now since 2 months as my husband is out of town. I have a baby 3.5 years old. I am not able to think about anything else apart from my periods now. What should I do?
