Delayed period, cramps,white discharge

Having whole lower abdomen cramps since 3 days different from period cramps, delayed period by 5 days, pregnancy home test comes negative day before yesterday, having some stretchy white discharge. Period cycle is something 30 sometimes 36 day on average. Do I need to constant doctor now?

If pregnancy test is negative now, repeat after 2-3 days if the menses doesn't come by that time. Also need to know whether you used ipill or had covid infection as these also cause delayed menses.
