I have functional cyst in my R.Ovary measuring 4.1×2.4 cm as of february. It still pains occasionally. I always had had regular period cycle but now I'm 3 days late on my cycle. Past two days I have been having extreme abdominal cramp like a period cramp but I am still not bleeding. I'm married and I don't know if its because of my cyst or if there could be possibility of pregnancy. If it might be pregnancy, is this type of cramping normal? Should I be worried about the cyst? Will it affect my cycle and fertility? Period cycle: 31 days Feb 7th -10th Mar 9th - 13th
