Delayed period after regestrone

Delayed period taking regestrone tablet . Waited for 6 days after the tablet, still dint get my periods. I did a UPT which s negative. What should I do further?. If I have intercourse this time, will it lead to pregnancy?

Sometimes periods starts after 10 days after discontinuing medicine so wait for 5days
