Delayed menstrual period

We had sex last October without condom and my periods are delayed. Please suggest in order to avoid pregnancy.

Hi You can do a pregnancy test  to know whether you are pregnant or not. Accordingly you can consult a gynaecologist and take her opinion. Take adequate precautions like condoms next time if its unavoidable. Best wishes
