M 30. I see delayed Ejaculation during sex. It last long for more than 30 mins with continuous sex. I give up struggling. But when i masturbate while watching porn, ejaculation happens so quick with in 5 mins. Me and my wife planning to have a baby as its 4 yrs to our marriage. Pls suggest if i can take some medication to ejaculate early on bed. Pls pls🙏🙏
