When i have period i have pain in my abdomen amd sometimes my periods delayed what should i do? Do i have to eat medicines? Can you please help me what to do and what not to do during period.

Pain during period is normal unless it interfers ur daily activity. delayed period may be due to stress, thyroid disorder, pcod. get usg pelvis, thyroid profile, LH, FSH, PRL done
