Hi.. My period date was 19 feb .. but I didn't get till..and yesterday I do urine pregnancy test and it is negative..so how much this test is accurate...

Consult Now
Wait for one more week and repeat urine pregnancy test if no periods. Or do a blood test serum beta hcg to confirm. Need more history from your side to comment better.. like planning for pregnancy?
