My 2.5yr old daughter speaks less than 10 words at this age, i want to clear if she has any speech development delay and ways to diminish the delay.

Dear Mam, your child having speech and language developmental delay. Normally a 2.5 yr child speaks 60% of speech is intelligible, uses 3 words sentences to communicate & asks simple questions (e.g. What Dady doing ?). Please consultant speech therapist for detailed evaluation
