I have not got my periods for a month now. Can I take regestrone 5 mg, one pill for 3 days? Also will it definitely come after that?

first do urine pregnancy test..if so to my patients I priscribe regestrone 10mg bd for 5 days. then menses will resume within 3-5 days of stopping the drug.
