If you are both young and physically fit you have over 90% chance of conceiving within two years of trying. So it takes time and patience. Your normal reports are to reassure you and does not mean you will conceive faster. If your husbands sperm count is low but greater than 10 million per ml you need not worry because you only need one sperm to fertilise the egg. You need to be taking folic acid, exercising regularly and eating a healthy nutritious diet rich in fruits and vegetables. As long you have sex 2-3 times a week you are doing OK. If you cannot wait two years for a natural conception you can consult a fertility expert for help to get
pregnant sooner .
