Dehydration problem

Height -155cm Weight -50kg Hb- 12.6gm Dry skin Heart rate -100 above maximum time Palpitations sometime Low blood pressure problem How much water I need to drink to get back my all vitals normal although I started drinking 2 litres from 20 days but getting no results Any other treatment needed???
