Hi I've underwent Ileal pouch anal anastomosis un Nov 2019....I was facing problem while defecation and while defecation I need to put my  fingers in vagina and press it,and also while defecation I feel something is dropping to vagina so Barium defecography was done Test report shows low anterior bulge(rectocele/pouchocele)...When I went to the doctor he said that he would take  decision on what type of  surgery to perform after viewing the pouchoscopy/sigmoidoscopy report..But in report it is written "NO DEFINITE ENTEROCELE DEFECT NOTED..What does that mean?Kindly tell me doc...Does it mean that I don't have the problem?But I'm  still facing same problem  and have to press my vagina while passing stool...Please reply...Im confused...
