I had these scars for almost 20 years ,round and dark three spots on my face. Can it be completely removed. What procedures are there . I have heard of laser treatment ,but after treatment can the scars reappear after some time. What other procedures can be followed to completely remove them. Suggest me the safest procedure which doesn't leave behind scars after treatment .and what are the cost involved with these procedures.
