I had two deep red spots appear on each thigh about 4 days ago. It's not a bump or raised at all. The skin is smooth and flat but the spots are a deep red in colour. It's not an insect bite since my legs were covered up until I discovered it. The only new thing I ate was avocado leading up to the spots.Any idea what these could be or if I should be worried? Side note: I do get allergies (for the last two years) due to heat and dust and maybe some food items too, mainly itching all over the body. I also have a small textured patch of skin on my right forearm that flares up and gets itchy due to heat.
