Deep cut while cutting vegetables

Hi, I am in a remote location without any hospital facilities and yesterday while cutting vegetables I cut my finger and I could see the fatty tissue. I had liquid bandage spray which I used to stop the bleeding. Does this wound require stitching or what can I do? I can only get to a hospital on Monday evening.
